Scooter Hanes a singer/songwriter/recording artist from the Philadelphia, PA area known for his unique blend of vocal and emotionally charged stage presence. He plays many contemporary covers from the 60’s to present, as well as classic music from the 50’s along with holiday favorites, Halloween, Irish Ballads, Christmas and many others. His powerful rock sound is derived from a culmination of influences such as Indigo Girls, Neil Young and The Beatles. Loaded with emotional lyrics gathered from personal experiences, his songs are brimming with passion and universal appeal. Scooter has been performing in coffee houses, theaters and clubs in support of his 4th studio CD entitled #beautyeverywhere. Also, for a five year period he has performed the lead roles of (Peter) and (Caiphas) in the rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar" for sold out Easter weekend audiences at The Keswick Theater in Glenside, PA, along with his son appearing in the cast of Fiddler On The Roof. Scooter has recently moved back to the Philadelphia area from Las Vegas and looks forward to performing as a solo artist and with a band at a venue near you!
