Newtown’s Flourish Cafe to Host Monthly Cabaret-Style Events This Fall (Copy)

Flourish Cafe in Newtown will be launching its new “Friday Nights Live” event this fall, with cabaret-style performances once a month. This event comes from a partnership between the cafe and On Demand! Programs and Events.  While guests enjoy their meals, On Demand! performers will be providing entertainment in the form of jazz, rock, pop, singer-songwriters and more.  “The 3,000 square foot spacious layout and ambience is ideal for creating an entertainment space for the community,” said Natalie Kaye, On Demand’s founder.  

The first event will take place on Nov. 7 from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. Avi Wisnia, an award-winning singer-songwriter and piano player, will be performing.
