Dionne Carole is graciously poised with multiple talents. This Philadelphia native has swept the hearts of many of her audiences from stage, film and sea. Credits include: Disney’s Festival of the Lion King (Storyteller/Rafiki), Dreamgirls International Tour (Ensemble), Godspell (Peggy), Ain’t Misbehavin (Charlaine), Smokey Joe’s Café (BJ), Waistwatchers-The Musical, and several live musical theater performances with Holland America Cruise Line. Dionne is a singer, songwriter, actress, and recording artist that firmly holds a warm embrace for the love of music. She strives to leave a legacy of hope for the world one musical note at a time. She is also the author of Be.You.Tifully In Bloom and the Founder of Le Savoir-Faire, an elite etiquette school located in Delaware County.

That’s What She Said is a soulful celebration! A fun and feel good show that takes you on a wonderful journey down memory lane as it highlights the lives, as well as the incredible voices from some of music’s most legendary African American female singers. With melodious songs from Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, Natalie Cole, Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick and Aretha Franklin, there is sure to be a tune that you will recognize and want to and sing along. “That’s What She Said” is presented by Philadelphia’s own singer and stage performer Dionne Carole, who brings joy, laughter and heartfelt meaning to the timeless music that has impacted and inspired our music history.
